Appointments

You will need to send your referral to info@sleepgroup.com.au prior to booking an appointment. Please also supply any relevant results and x-rays. 

Please note: A referral from your GP will last for 12 months unless otherwise specified. A referral from another specialist will only last for 3 months. Please ensure that you maintain a current referral to receive any relevant Medicare benefits.

We understand your time is important and endeavour to see you at your scheduled appointment time. However, instances occasionally arise where a patient may require urgent attention or a longer consultation than expected. We apologise in advance for any time you are kept waiting and thank you for your patience.

Payments

Accounts are to be settled on the day by cash, cheque, EFTPOS, Visa or MasterCard. Medicare claiming is also available. For more information or to register your bank details with Medicare, visit: Medicare Claims
